A Great Birthday Present!! (An Update)

A few weeks ago, I mentioned that my mom had surgery. Well, she's been in the hospital for 3 weeks now, and she went through a pretty tough time. . .my goodness was it tough!



But praise be to God that He is healing her and she is doing much better. . .just in time for her birthday!! Today, for the first time in weeks, she was able to eat!  She had breakfast . . .a few bites each of scrambled eggs and hasbrowns, one bite of toast. Earlier this week, she was able to drink water and clear liquids. So, she is definitely on the mend. Thank You, Lord!



If things continue to progress as they are, she should be able to come home in the next week or so.
