 The Autumn sun, rising. . .

Shining its morning light in my kitchen.

Offering warmth and that feel-good "I'm at home" feeling.

It's like all my good memories at once.

Pouring in through the windows, in every corner.

My mom says, "Stacie, the sunrise in your home is so pretty.

I just love it."

Husband says, "Did we leave the lights on downstairs?"

Autumn sun. . .bright and brilliant.

"His splendor was like the sunrise;

rays flashed from His hand,

where His power was hidden." (Habakkuk 3:3)
